He is an expert in: compensation policy structure, design and administration, base pay management, executive and board-level compensation, merger and acquisition integration, equity compensation and vendor management.
Jim Liggett has more than 30 years of experience in business management including areas of: operations, human resources, industrial engineering, employee relations, health and safety, people development and succession planning. Jim has conducted over 200 training programs on topics such as: diversity, professional relationships, management, people development and the art of public speaking.
